Found an animal or need to find a home for your pet? Animal Avengers can help!

Although we may not be able to take your found animal or owner turn-in (we are usually overflowing with our own!), we will help you find a home for your animal through our outreach program. Our outreach program was created to help individuals find loving homes for animal they may have rescued or that they themselves may have as a family member, but for some circumstance they can no longer keep. Here is how it works:

Here is what you must do to show your animal at our adoptions…

1. Foster or find a foster for the animal until it gets adopted.

Please note, if the animal is returned for any reason you are responsible for fostering it once again.

2. Spay or neuter the animal. Animal Avengers will not adopt out an animal that is not spayed or neutered.

3. The animal must be up to date on all vaccinations and you must provide Animal Avengers with a copy of these records when you sign up for the program.

4. Fill out an Outreach Program Agreement, so we can learn about you and the animal you are fostering. (This helps us find a good match with a family!)

5. Transport your animal to and from adoptions on the weekends. We can not transport Outreach animals as we are too busy transporting our own.

6. Every weekend you want to participate in our adoptions you will need to reserve a spot at the location you wish to show at:

7. A $40 refundable deposit will be required the first time you drop your animal off at adoptions. This is to ensure that you will indeed come back for your animal at the end of the day. This fee will be refunded to you once the animal is adopted unless you wish to donate it to Animal Avengers to help us with our cause!

Here is what we will do for you...

1. Show your Animal at adoptions every weekend you sign up to show. You are not required to stay, just to drop the animal off and pick it up again.

2. Screen all applicants just like we do with our own animals.

3. Post your animal on our website.

Note: An adoption fee will be charged of $200 for dogs and $75 for cats to the adopting parents for all Outreach animals. This is the same fee that we charge for our own animals and is non-negotiable. This fee is crucial to the continuation of Animal Avengers and it allows us to continue to provide for the many animals in our care.
