Animal Wellness Expo: Rose Bowl June 5 & 6

On June 5th and 6th, Animal Avengers was one of several area rescue groups, shelters and pet-friendly vendors to participate in the first annual Animal Wellness Expo. Shannon Elizabeth acted as a celebrity judge for one of the entertaining dog contests sponsored by Animal Wellness magazine. Several volunteers participated and we had a lot of dogs showing at our booth. We sold t-shirts, hats and had a raffle with many great prizes. We always need volunteers for big events, such as this expo.
